So I realized that I haven't updated my journal in months, and for those of you who care to wonder what I am up to lately, here it goes.

Last weekend I was in Buffalo, NY for a DECA conference. DECA is a highly prestigious marketing organization for high school and college students. I am Vice President of my chapter in the technical center of my school. I had a lot of fun, minus the fact that Charles and I fought a lot because he missed me, but he knows that I love him so much, so we have been talking through things and we are okay now.

I'm doing very well in school; enjoying Latin II, absolutely loving digital arts, acing chemistry and foundations literature. Working my ass off for my online course, algebra II, but I am surviving.

As most of you know, I have a horse and we compete in gymkhanas and major barrel racing events. I am happy, and very proud to announce that Nell and I were reserve champion for the season, only beaten by one rider who competes on his father's horse, whom one only has to steer.

I have delved quite passionately into my religion of Wicca and am practicing almost daily after hour-long meditation sessions. I have taken up yoga, as well, to become more focused for my rituals.

As for art, next year I will enroll in the National Art Honor Society at my high school. I continue to draw and write on a fairly consistent basis, it's all just a matter of time for me to reveal my works to you.
